Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all accepted orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Our typical delivery timeframes are:

• Order processing: 1–3 business days;
• Transit after dispatch: 7–15 business days; and
• Estimated total delivery: 8–18 business days.

These estimates are subject to payment confirmation, any necessary order verification, product availability, and our order cut-off time.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Public holidays, customs processing, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Our order cut-off is 9:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, following PST or PDT depending on the season.

Orders placed at or after the cut-off time, or on weekends or public holidays, normally begin processing on the next business day.

The order cut-off does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-calendar-day voluntary return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.

For eligible non-defective clothing returns, items should remain in new and resalable condition.

Reasonable trying on to assess fit is permitted, provided the item remains:

• Clean;
• Undamaged;
• Unwashed;
• Unworn beyond reasonable fitting; and
• Suitable for resale.

Where applicable, original tags should remain attached.

For other eligible general merchandise, products should generally be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed.

Returns are made by mail.

Please contact us before sending any parcel so that we can provide the applicable return address and return instructions.

For ordinary change-of-mind, sizing, color, style, or preference returns, customers arrange the return shipment and pay the return postage.

We cover reasonable return shipping costs for products that are:

• Faulty;
• Damaged on arrival;
• Incorrect; or
• Materially different from their description.

We do not charge restocking fees.

We generally do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes, colors, styles, or products.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible original product and place a separate order.

This does not affect any applicable replacement or other remedies for faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods.

For eligible returns, we inspect the returned goods and issue the applicable refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the return, including inspection and internal processing.

Earlier or different statutory deadlines apply where required by applicable law.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to credit the refunded amount after we issue the refund.

Our voluntary return arrangements do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
